This property is a small community in the Pocket District of Sacramento, CA. At acquisition it was fairly rundown and needed a full rehab. Very little of the original construction has had any real replacement since its build date of 1981. With this upgrade, the roofing, siding, windows, kitchens, HVAC, baths, and parking lots are being redone. The project is also getting solar panels for electricity generation, and highly efficient hot water heaters for gas use reduction.
