This three-story senior property is a landmark in the town of Dillon, Montana. At acquisition, the property was very well maintained, but in need of updating and the replacement of some of the elevator, heating, electrical and plumbing systems. We are making three of the apartments fully accessible. We are also adding additional carports, on which we are installing a solar PV system, upgrading and modernizing the common areas, including the library, exercise room, computer center, community kitchen and community room.

We are preserving this almost 50-year old building (built in 1976, hence "Bicentennial") for affordable rental housing for low-income seniors and disabled persons, the only such property in the county.
