Bicentennial Apartments

This three-story senior property is a landmark in the town of Dillon, Montana. At acquisition, the property was very well maintained, but in need of updating and the replacement of some of the elevator, heating, electrical and plumbing systems. We made three of the apartments fully accessible. We also added additional carports, on which we installed a solar PV system.

Bicentennial Apartments is not a building; it's a community where friendships flourish and memories are woven. Our team reimagined the community spaces - ensuring that the library is a haven for exploration, the exercise room invigorates, and the kitchen and community room are the heart of joyous gatherings.

We are preserving this 50-year old building (built in 1976, hence "Bicentennial") for affordable rental housing for low-income seniors and disabled persons, the only such property in the county.
