The Dawson Holdings team set out on a mission to revitalize Gloria Drive Apartments with a commitment to preserve and enhance the Sacramento senior haven. Strolling through the garden-style community post-renovation, you will see several physical upgrades:

• sitting atop protective, cool-roof shingled roofs are modern PV Solar panels installed to convert California sun rays into electricity;
• sleek, energy-reducing windows and sliders aimed to provide unit interiors with abundant natural light - will also reflect heat in the summer and retain it in the winter;
• energy-efficient lighting fixtures throughout the property (as well as within the units);
• and low-maintenance, Xeriscape landscaping that now streamlines the grounds - while minimizing water consumption!

Not visible on your walk, are the internal upgrades implemented throughout the units. Greenguard Gold Certified insulation, state-of-the-art HVAC systems, EnergyStar-rated water heaters, and an upgraded hot water distribution system will each contribute to our residents’ comfort - while lowering electricity bills and reducing water waste. And beyond the physical upgrades, the free WiFi network will provide residents access to high-speed internet - fostering connectivity with loved ones and the broader community.
